Cooking and dining out are both fantastic options for Thanksgiving at the beach. Gorgeous fall weather, beautiful scenery, and delicious eats are pretty standard for Destin this time of year.
If you enjoy eating from home and aren’t feeling up to all the preparation necessary for a full Thanksgiving meal, you will be excited about Hebert’s which is in walking distance from Sandpiper Cove. While their specialty is meat (including turkey!), you can find a large variety of delicious sides to build the ultimate holiday dinner. While they aren’t open on Thanskgiving, they are open until 7 o’clock on November 21st so you can pre-order and swing by to satisfy all of your Thanksgiving meal needs! P.S. – Hebert’s also ships.

If you are one that prefers a day or night on the town, the following restaurants might be perfect for you and your loved ones! Fancy a fanciful Thanksgiving dinner? Cuvee Kitchen + Wine Bar‘s Thanksgiving buffet features dishes such as herb crusted pork tenderloin, fried turkey, and oyster stuffing among other holiday staples.

A second Thanksgiving buffet option featuring Cajun fried turkey, shrimp & grits, and cornbread stuffing WITH A VIEW of the Destin Harbor. It’s also a great spot to watch games on Saturday and Sunday. Both restaurants are delicious choices and include many of the Thanksgiving Day staples you know and love. For those of you who enjoy giving back during the holidays, The 24th Annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner at Harbor Docks restaurant may be perfect for you.
